Sales ace takes the helm at Raine & Horne Bundaberg

Media release - 21st October, 2015

Raine & Horne Bundaberg has a new owner, with local real estate ace Josh Rub taking over as the firm’s new principal.

Josh RubMr Rub, who has been operating as a real estate agent in Bundaberg since 2011, joined Raine & Horne Bundaberg in mid-July 2015, after agreeing to buy out former principals Henry Rzeszewski, Debbie Rzeszewski, Brendon Mattick and Nicole Mattick, who have decided to move in a different direction.

“Josh is a well-credentialed, licenced agent who has cut his teeth in real estate with an independent firm and an office linked to another network,” says Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne.

“I can’t wait to work with Josh who has demonstrated his commitment to the Bundaberg community through his support for a number of youth oriented community groups.

“I’d also like to take the opportunity to wish Henry, Debbie, Brendon and Nicole all the best for establishing Raine & Horne Bundaberg and for their support for our brand.”

Mr Rub said that he decided to join Raine & Horne to expand his commercial horizons.

“I want to be able to service my clients in the way I felt they should be serviced,” says Mr Rub.

“With its excellent products such as its mobile-responsive website and industry-best real estate services, Raine & Horne can deliver the best level of customer care in spades.

“As a brand, Raine & Horne’s commitment to their customers is an important element that elevates us in the market place.

“For buyers and sellers, this consistency of reputation and performance reduces risk, as people are more likely to contact a company they know and have a connection with and in turn this is great for any business.”

Raine & Horne Bundaberg, which is located at 229 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg has built a reputation for honesty and integrity, according to Mr Rub.

“I’m committed to building on the successful platform established by Henry, Debbie, Brendon and Nicole, and we will be happy to continue to work with our customers to achieve bespoke results,” says Mr Rub.

With the Bundaberg market now into the traditional spring selling season, Mr Rub expects plenty of competition for entry-level property.

“Bundaberg is popular with owner-occupiers because it has a relatively low average price of $280,000, while the town’s low vacancy rates have consistently caught the eye of savvy investors.”
