Seaside a Saturday sell-out!

Mollymook, NSW (3 March 2017) An entire 18-lot subdivision at Dolphin Point, on the NSW South Coast, sold out within hours of hitting the market on Saturday.

The highly-anticipated stage 4 of Seaside Estate south of Burrill Lake was sold in four hours after it was released by Ben Pryde from Raine and Horne Mollymook Milton.

Ben said the subdivision was in a sought-after location, offering the closest blocks of land to the ocean in the district.

“People have had the chance to register their interest over the past few months and, when they were contacted via email on Saturday morning, they were quick to snap up their blocks,” he said.

“The first 16 blocks sold before lunchtime.”

Ben said the first three stages of the estate had also proven popular and he expects stage five to be just as hotly received.

“There are still loads of people out there keen to snap up a block in the next land release, which will still be a while off.

“While some people may have missed out this time, 18 families have secured their future near beautiful Burrill Lake and Dolphin Point.”

Ben expects the town to boom once the new bridge and associated works are completed.

“It’s a top spot, especially if you love swimming, fishing and surfing,” he added.

“The new bridge and all the landscaping and pathways will bring a fresh feel to the village – I think it will be buzzing!”
