Young local wins $10,000 from Raine & Horne

Local Young resident Mustapha Awik has won a $10,000 Harvey Norman gift voucher by exclusively listing his modern four-bedroom home for sale with Raine & Horne Young.
Mr Awik, who was presented with his voucher by Raine & Horne Young Principal Graeme Schneider, was pleased with his win.
“This prize will enable me to better furnish my next home, as well as give me the opportunity to provide special rewards for my daughters,” he said.
As part of Raine & Horne’s Spring 2016 marketing campaign, “Make Your House a Home”, those owners who list their residential properties for sale with a Raine & Horne office before 14 November, 2016, go into the running to win one of four $10,000 home furnishing in-store gift vouchers.
“The lucky winners can use the vouchers to fund their ultimate shopping spree, and fit out their new house with the home furnishings they’ve always wanted, whether it’s a new couch or a widescreen TV,” said Mr Schneider.

Homeowners such as Mr Awik are automatically entered into the “Make Your House a Home” competition by listing their residential property exclusively with Raine & Horne, with one winner being announced each month from August to November.
The competition is supported by a television campaign in regional NSW and Queensland, and is also promoted via digital and ‘out of home’ (OOH) advertising at bus stops, train stations and shopping centres, according to Melissa Chapman, Marketing Manager, Raine & Horne.
“We have an extremely active and engaged network that will help us promote this campaign at a local level through print, direct mail, cinema, radio and local events,” said Ms Chapman.
“By the end of the campaign, our offices will distribute over 2 million DLs via direct mail and other channels to support the NSW and Queensland regional TV commercial, metro OOH advertising and programmatic digital campaign across search, social, display, rich media and video.
