Applying for a Rental Property with Us

Please be aware that we will require you to complete an application form if you are interested in a property.  You will need to provide the following information for each adult who will be residing at the property.

Verification of your employment/source of income

Current photo identification

Your signed authorisation to allow us to check your references

Completion of our “100 Point Check List” *

Payslips, Centrelink Payments, Birth Certificate (20)

Proof of Age Card, Medicare/Credit Card, Utility Bill, Concession/Pension Card (10)
