HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am-4:30pm
It is the tenants responsibility to ensure all rental payments are made in the correct amount and paid 2 weeks in advance, as per your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
All invoices are to be paid in a timely manner. If your rent falls 14 days behind a termination notice will be issued and be displayed on your rental ledger.
We check rental arrears daily so it is important to always be
2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE
at all times.
