I couldn’t recommend the team at R&H Darwin more highly. Since signing our property we have had open, honest and transparent communication during the entire process. We also switched tenants after early termination through a defence tenant and the transition was no hassle, finding a new tenant almost immediately.
Sheryl was our property manager and has been fabulous to deal with. She has a high attention to detail and this reflects in her periodic inspections and all instructions we requested which has been a pleasure. The maintenance upkeep on our property was great also.
Melanie Jackson in the office has also provided exceptional service and has set the benchmark for the industry in Darwin. Melanie has communicated very openly and advised us on items such as insurance, charges to our account and also pricing in the Darwin/Palmerston market.

My agent was Stacie Maher for nearly 2 years and she was AMAZING! Always so easy to deal with, any time anything needed repairs or replacing she made it happen quickly and easily, she always replied in a timely manner. I had a crazy neighbour downstairs that would make noise complaints even when I was away and Stacie went to bat for me a couple times with body corporate. She was an absolute pleasure when I relocated to NSW and had to finalise things from a distance. I hope to get back to Darwin eventually and will definitely be looking Stacie up to be my real estate agent again.

This is long overdue. We rented through R&H Darwin for just over a year. Our rental application was processed smoothly and the team kindly facilitated our key collection through a proxy while we were away during the festive period. The property condition report was very thorough and any defects/issues reported during the tenancy were promptly dealt with. We had to break our lease a couple of weeks earlier and the property manager guided us on procedure and costs accordingly, without trying to make things difficult for us. As we had moved interstate, outstanding cleaning issues were dealt directly with the cleaning company.
Our time with R&H Darwin was hassle-free even with the turn around of staff. The team has been very helpful with our tenancy references in our two recent tenancy applications interstate. Cheers!
