Trendsetting Raine & Horne launches Broadbeach mega office

October 21, 2018

Global real estate leader Raine & Horne has launched a mega-office located at Broadbeach to be led by principal Bill Rex.

Located in a high visibility commercial space within the Niecon Plaza at 19/22 Albert Avenue, Broadbeach, the new mega office is a result of an amalgamation between Raine & Horne Broadbeach and Raine & Horne Mermaid Beach, which was formerly owned and operated by Anthony Steinberg.

Mr Steinberg will be heavily involved in the sales division at the expanded Raine & Horne Broadbeach.

Angus Raine, Executive Chairman Raine & Horne said the amalgamation of the two successful Gold Coast real estate firms is part a new trend – the growth of “mega-offices,” large offices of 20, to sometimes 60, staff, who can meet buyer demand in high volume locations such as the Gold Coast.

“Our group’s offices on Sydney’s northern beaches and on the New South Wales central coast are excellent examples of the mega-office trend. We can now add the Gold Coast to this rapidly developing real estate industry trend,” said Mr Raine.

Geographic trend and greater exposure

The existing purpose-built Raine & Horne Broadbeach location will effortlessly handle the extended real estate team, according to Mr Rex.

He added, “Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach share a postcode 4218, which makes the amalgamation a straightforward decision for Anthony and me.

“With Anthony and his team merging with Raine & Horne Broadbeach, they bring plenty of experience, while our office has an excellent property display room on the ground floor with our operational team on the second floor.”

Mr Steinberg says customers of Raine & Horne Broadbeach with properties in Mermaid Beach, Miami and Burleigh will now benefit from having their properties listed by a real estate office operating from a high traffic location such as Niecon Plaza.

“The additional traffic within Niecon Plaza will deliver ten times more exposure than our former location on the Gold Coast Highway at Mermaid Beach.”

Online exposure with groundbreaking Amplify

While Niecon Plaza will offer customers excessively more passing foot traffic, Mr Rex, said Amplify, Australia’s most advanced property technology Amplify was delivering amazing online exposure for his office and listings.

Amplify, which is exclusive to Raine & Horne, combines artificial intelligence (AI) with social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad Network and LinkedIn to give property listings and managements seven times more exposure to buyers and tenants.

“As a consequence, some of the properties we have marketed primarily using Amplify have recorded tremendous results,” Mr Steinberg said.

“Amplify is a great tool from a social media branding perspective. We’re running an auction on Sunday 14 October for a property at 193 Scarborough Street South Port, which is being primarily marketed through Amply and the clickthrough rates of up to 12% are remarkable. Especially when the industry average for click through rates is 1%.”

The exposure delivered by Amplify locally and interstate is unique to the real estate industry and the groundbreaking technology is only available to clients of Raine & Horne Broadbeach, noted Mr Rex.

He added, “Amplify is a trouble-free tool to get the vendors to accept as part of their marketing campaigns. The key is that Amplify enables us to easily target passive and active buyers living in Western Sydney, for example, with properties from Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach and surrounding suburbs.

“Then Amplify’s straightforward tracking functions gives credible information about clickthrough rates and other data on every property listing. Some of the real estate portals can’t offer this level of reporting.”
