Raine&Horne Projects managed a highly successful campaign, which saw record sale prices achieved for the suburb, with prices exceeding well above our clients expectations.
The campaign ran over two stages. The first stage saw 50 percent of the apartments sold off the plan. A sales suite was situated at the Raine&Horne Projects office, allowing buyer to view the floor plans, CGI’s and a finishes board.
Stage two of the campaign saw a re-launch of the project as completion of the development was near. Our well planned marketing campaign resulted in an overwhelming number of buyers who attended the final release. Open for inspections were conducted at the property in one of the completed apartments.
