Half Year Update


It has been a busy & successful first half of the year for Raine & Horne Projects which has seen us manage a number of successful marketing campaigns and sell out several new projects.

Throughout the year the Raine & Horne Projects team have achieved record sales for each development which we have been appointed including Gateway Apartments – Earlwood, Utopia Apartments – Dulwich Hill, 550 Dulwich Hill and The Redmire Apartments – Strathfield. In addition we have acted in the sale of a dozen development sites in both on and off market transactions.

Raine & Horne Projects have an exciting second half of the year, launching several new projects in Sydney’s Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Inner City. Launching shortly include OneRobey Mascot, Fernhill Apartments Hurlstone Park and Riverside Apartments Marrickville.
